1. Definitions:

“Hassalah” its an application that works on smart phones and used for moderating and organizing collectivities “called Jamiea in Kuwait” between group members. Any collectivity is shared between family or friends only. And it belong to Kuwaiti Company called “Forklab ISS Ltd” under commercial license certificates number م 2019/2665/ and its lies in Kuwait.

2. Obligations of users:

2.1. You must use the Site and the Application accordance with the terms and conditions of official website of Hassalah.

2.2. Not to use the service of Hassalah or other accounts or systems or networks connected to Hassalah illegally through hacking or Using any other methods in the application or the website. We will take all necessary measures against whom breaking the rules.

3. The Cost:

3.1. The application is free to download and there are no mandatory fees. There is an optional fee to enjoy some features in the application if available.

3.2. Hassalah may require some fees in the future without relying on the consent of the users, the user must be obligated to pay these fees.

4. Terms Altered:

4.1. Fork Lab Company has the right to add new rules or modify the items at any time without announcing it to users, the modification items are automatically applied after posting them on the website, use of the website/application after the modifications is automatically considered an approval from the user on the modifications.

4.2. If the English items are unclear, or incomplete, the Arabic text version is based on the terms and conditions of Hassalah.

4.3. Fork Lab Company has the right to Disable the website or application or part of either of them temporarily or permanently without notifying users, there are no rights for any user or third party if the website, application or service provided by the site is disabled.

5. Geographical Use:

5.1. Hassalah application is only available in Kuwait, you must have a credit/debit card for a bank with a branch in Kuwait, if you are out of Kuwait, abide by all local laws when you use the application.

5.2. You can use the application outside of Kuwait, the Internet service must be available, the user is responsible for using the data.

6. Property Rights:

6.1. All trademarks used in the application whether they are designs or words are the property of Fork Lab Company, no user can use these marks before being declared to him. There is no provision in the website authorizing the transfer of intellectual property rights.

7. Website and Application Security Breaches:

7.1. The user agrees that the security violation of the website or application is strictly prohibited, violation of the security of the website or application exposes you to criminal liability according to Kuwaiti law. Examples of violations:

a. Prohibited use of the website or application.

b. Illegal use of our data by unauthorized access.

c. Breakthrough Security Proper precautions and binary authentication of the website or application.

d. Monitor website or application data.

8. User Account Safety:

8.1. Under these terms, you agree that you are responsible for the password/your personal data protection of your account in the application . You agree to take responsibility in front of the company for all activities that occur when you use the application.

8.2. Use of the Internet communication methods (i.e. Cafes Wi-Fi, Malls, or any public places) while using the application is applied to user responsibility and any damage caused to the user because of its use of the public Internet is not the responsibility of Fork Lab company.

8.3. User is responsible for the device which the application is browsing through, there is no liability to Fork Lab company when any damage to the user because of hacking user’s device or having viruses, spyware, or Jailbrake on user’s device.

9. Personal Data:

9.1. The user acknowledges that all of the data submitted to Fork Lab company is correct and complete, when he changes it, he must notify Fork Lab company immediately, if there is false/fake information, Fork Lab will stop all services provided to the user or delete his/her account, and he/she will pay all amounts owed by him/her.

9.2. Fork Lab company is committed to keeping the user's personal data safe and not posting or sharing it for any purpose, only the data can be shared when there is a court ruling or the decision of the public Prosecutor of the State of Kuwait.

9.3. Fork Lab company is always trying to keep the data confidential and protect it from theft and provide all the systems/methods that guarantee the maximum level of protection.

10. Quality of Service:

10.1. Fork Lab company is eager to provide useful services to the user, the user can provide suggestions to improve the quality, the suggestions will be discussed through the developer team of Hassalah.

11. Application Security and Safety:

11.1. We are working hard to secure all data by encrypting the data using encryption methods such as HTTPS that encrypt the connection between the user and server side.

11.2. User must not use any other person’s device to login to his/her personal account in Hassalah.

B. Terms and Conditions (In Groups):

1. General Items for Each Group:

1.1. If the user joins a group, he cannot get out of it.

1.2. After your group start, you cannot toggle roles.

1.3. Hassalah disclaims any disputes between users such as payment delay, non-seriousness, non-payment, and the admin of the group is responsible for that. As Hassalah present an intermediate between users. Therefore, the idea of implementation is based on the participation of the association between family and friends only.

1.4. Hassalah does not accept/reject joining requests for any group (group admin is competent to do so).

1.5. If the number of users in the group is not completed, the group starts with the current number, for example, the value of the stock in the group is 100 Kuwaiti dinars, the group is 7 users, but the current number is only 5 users the group will be 5 months and each member will receive 400 dinars from the others within the group.

1.6. Members are responsible for joining the group, and he/she is responsible for paying the monthly amount according to the specified order, the members can exit the group before it starts.

2. Payment Operations in The Group:

2.1. Hassalah is not responsible for the user’s payments delay of their groups; group admin is responsible in settling disputes within the group.

2.2. Start date and end date of group only organizational date, the actual end of the group when users pay all entitlements.

3. Group Management (group Admin):

3.1. Group Admin can delete any user before the group starts. Hassalah is not responsible for configuring the groups.

3.2. Group Admin can change members order before the group starts. Hassalah is not responsible for regulating these things. The user can exit the group before it starts through the application in the event of a disagreement.

3.3. Group Admin can indicate receipt of cash from the user; group Admin is responsible for the monthly collection and payment of the user's monthly dues.
